Ep. 10: NCAA to MSAT-Jenn MacFadyen

Jenn is currently an instructor at Kansas State University in their athletic training program as well in their undergraduate kinesiology program. Education wasn’t always the path for Jenn going from a smaller division school to working with some of the top track athletes in the world in graduate school.

In this episode we discuss how the career path that she has taken has set her up to reach where she wants to be now. How do career plans change from wanting to work with the highest levels and travel all over the country to being perfectly happy educating the next athletic trainers. We have some great discussion on how to always keep improving and not become stagnant in the profession. Some great insight in how to help figure out what you want to do in your career.
