Nate Ervin is an athletic trainer in the NCAA Division III setting. Nate’s path to becoming an athletic trainer started later than many of us so he is not only in a different spot in his career but also his life. In the mix of being in a different spot in life is having a 21 month old while trying to cover 2-3 sports throughout the school year.=
In this episode Nate talks about the balance that must be present in order to have a family and yet still do you job at a high level as an athletic trainer. Nate shares some unique insight on how their staff works together and also how balances his schedule and does just that, schedules his day so he can know what to expect.
