Ep. 9: Track & Field AT-Mark Hinton

Mark Hinton is one of the best in country (if not more) when it comes to treating track and field athletes. Mark has worked with some of the highest level athletes not only in the country but on the world stage. Mark is the guy that when I needed an idea to try out to help an athlete I would look to him to see what he was doing.

In this episode we talk how Mark’s treatment philosophy has evolved over the years as he’s learned more about how the body operates. Mark discusses how he has evolved out of a ‘traditional’ model and now his entire evaluation process has changed and it’s come back to be effective on the highest levels. Mark continues to shed insight on treatment and rehabilitation philosophies. If you are involved in track and field you don’t want to miss this one.
