Ep. 29: John Cayer-End User First

Understanding what your users and customers need is important. It is the most important thing for President of Mueller Sports Medicine, John Cayer. We had the opportunity to sit down with John when we took our trip down to Mueller several weeks ago. John doesn’t have a traditional background in athletic training and sports medicine and has had an interesting journey to getting to where he is currently. John gives us all the background on how he ended up where he is today.

The ideas and lessons John learned throughout his career, which has included many large companies and working with brands most of us use everyday has brought a lot of lessons. John continues to apply these lessons on a daily basis to help move Mueller Sports Medicine and himself forward. There are a lot of great takeaways in this episode, not just for the business side but also on how to approach your work, your team and your profession. Enjoy.
