The University of Georgia Concussion Research Laboratory has been studying the causes and effects of concussion for awhile and they continue to come out with high impact information in regards to the injury. In this episode Greg talks with co-director Julianne Schmidt and DoD project coordinator Emily Miller about what the research lab has been doing and what they are doing moving forward.
What is unique about the lab is the almost immediate impact and utilization of information as it is discovered. The applicability of real time research and data not only help the university move forward but can be so impactful for others around the country. A lot of great information in this one. Enjoy.
